For too many years, working people have seen their wages stagnate and their rights on the job attacked. Cuts to healthcare, human services, and education are further eroding the standard of living for many Iowans. 

Now there’s a strong network of fighters and activists committed to standing with you as we take back our communities and state: Teamsters Community Action Network, or TeamCAN.

TeamCAN is the social justice arm of Teamsters Local 238 in Iowa

We are a 501c3 nonprofit, not a traditional labor union, and our focus is on organizing in local communities.  TeamCAN has a statewide network and can provide infrastructure, training, and resources to local struggles.
